SIA Focuses on Nelson Connects 2023 Salary Guide & Workplace Trends Report


An article in Staffing Industry Analysts reported on a Nelson Connects’ finding that only 19% of companies have a formal pay strategy. The SIA article featured data from Nelson Connects’ 2023 Salary Guide & Workplace Trends Report. 


The article discusses remote work and compensation/retention strategies, including pay increases and benefits offered. It highlights other notable report findings, such as 56% of survey respondents saying they offer retention raises to current employees and 57% saying they increase employees’ salaries to match those of new hires.
