Each year, the Nelson Connects Salary Guide brings together compensation data and workforce insights to help employers make more informed hiring and workforce decisions. As we prepare the 2027 guide, we want to hear directly from the organizations navigating these changes every day.

 

Your input will help us better understand what's happening across compensation, retention, workforce planning, and other key areas, and create a resource grounded in what employers are actually experiencing.

What We'll Ask

There's nothing you need to prepare in advance. During your conversation, a member of the Nelson Connects team will walk you through a series of questions about your organization's workforce experience and outlook. We will discuss key business changes, as well as evolutions in the AI and data privacy space.

 

You'll cover topics like:

  • Business & Workforce Outlook — How business conditions, workforce needs, and organizational priorities are evolving.

  • Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Retention — What you’re seeing around hiring, talent management, compensation, retention, and related workforce trends.

  • Cybersecurity, Data Privacy & Regulatory Pressure — How changing cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory requirements are affecting your organization.

  • AI, Automation & the Future of Work — How AI and automation are influencing workforce needs, business processes, and the way work gets done.

 

Your responses will be combined with insights from other participating organizations to help inform the 2027 Salary Guide. Individual responses and company names will not be identified
