She joined the Nelson Connects leadership team as Executive Vice President in 2017 and now oversees all operational, sales, and field teams, while building a collaborative team culture that champions operational excellence and strategic foresight.

Her over 20 years of experience in talent management focuses on developing and executing high-level insights, strategies, and plans that help companies gain market share, improve profitability, and elevate margin growth.
Chandra’s expertise has impacted staffing organizations ranging from boutique agencies to international firms. She utilizes her unique combination of specialized knowledge and enterprise operational insight to lead the teams and initiatives behind Nelson Connects’ innovative client and candidate solutions.
Chandra holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Towson University and is the 2020 recipient of Nelson Connects’ Chairman’s Choice Award. In addition, she recently was named to Staffing Industry Analyst’s prestigious 2021 Global Power 150 List, which recognizes women executives whose unique visions, influences, and achievements provide the catalyst for moving the staffing industry forward.
