Stephanie Ellis serves as Nelson Connects’ Vice President, Strategic Partnerships. A dynamic changemaker with more than 25 years’ tenure in the staffing and workforce solutions sectors, Stephanie advances Nelson Connects’ managed service business and large-account sales to create impactful partnerships at enterprise scale.

 

During her career, Stephanie has held senior-level sales and business development roles at leading organizations providing both domestic and global employment solutions. Her wealth of experience and expertise is marked by significant contributions to strategic growth and sales that position companies for enhanced profitability and market presence.

 

At Nelson Connects, Stephanie uses her extensive, full-circle knowledge of large-scale workforce programs to help high-volume employers across industries incorporate human and technology-driven solutions to contain costs while maximizing efficiency, productivity, and retention. Her forward-thinking approach is complemented by her commitment to exceptional, personalized service that prioritizes clients and their employees.

 

Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration/management and served as a medic in the U.S. Army at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is a member of the American Business Women’s Association, and her community involvement includes volunteer roles with Make-A-Wish Foundation, Greater Bay Area; MedShare; Salvation Army Silicon Valley; and Together We Rise – Foster Love.
