We’ll pay you a bonus for your referrals

Here’s how the referral bonus program works: You will qualify to earn a bonus when each person you refer has completed a two-week assignment (80 hours or more) as a Nelson Connects temporary Associate within 90 days of registration, or accepts a regular full-time position through Nelson Connects and remains on the job at least 90 days.

 

Non-professional Referral Bonus per Person $50.00
Professional Referral Bonus per Person: $100.00


​To qualify for referral bonus:
  1. You must be a current Associate of Nelson Connects
  2. Complete the form. In addition to all the information about the person(s) you’re referring, be sure to include your own up-to-date information.
  3. Submit the form.
  4. The person you refer must have completed 80 hours or more (or worked 90 days on the job as a full-time Associate), within 90 days of registration
